What kind of customers do you clean for?
We clean private homes, offices, shops, restaurants, gyms & other sport facilities, buildings & staircases, hotels, B&Bs, rental apartments.
Do you steam clean carpets & sofas & mattrasses?
No, sorry, we don’t do this.
Do you clean windows outside?
Our cleaners can go on ladders of maximum 2 meters high. Or can open the windows from the inside to clean the outside. We are mainly an interior cleaning company, we are not a window washing company that goes on high ladders or uses telescopic long equipment to clean high windows.
Do you clean other things outside?
Can you do heavy work in the garden?
Can you pick-up/drop-off the keys?
Yes, but you will have to pay the travel fee for every pick-up and/or every drop-off of the key. Please also avoid waiting time for our cleaners upon pick-up/drop-off, because if there is any waiting time we will have to charge you our cleaning price per hour for the waiting time too.
Do you also work in weekends or evenings?
Yes, any time.
Can I order it outside of your work area?
Yes, but you will pay more for travel time. But for emergencies this might be worth it. We can do it if you pay the travel time.
Can you wash my car?
We can do it if you provide electricity & water close to the car. Without electricity & water we cannot do this for you.
Do you take out the rubbish?
We can do it, but don’t forget to plan this on a day that its allowed to put it in the street. We can also pick it up by car, but this also has to be planned in advance and will be at an extra charge.
How many hours should I book?
If your house is not too dirty, then it takes on average:
- 2 hours for a studio;
- 2.5 hours for a one-bedroom house;
- 3 hours for a two-bedroom house;
- 3.5 hours for a 3-bedroom house etc.
Obviously the more time you book, the cleaner it will be. It depends on how clean you want it to be. If you reserve little time then our cleaners will prioritise to the most important dirt. If you reserve more time then our cleaners will surely not stop working, and they will keep finding dirt until the time is done.
Can you come with 2 or more cleaners to speed it up?
Yes, we can come with more cleaners, but you have to pay a higher travel fee, because its travel time per person.
Is there a minimum time?
What cleaning supplies/liquids should I have? (if I arrange it myself)
What cleaning equipment should I have (If I arrange it myself)
- vaccuum cleaner (hoover) with empty bag
- mop & bucket
- ladder (if there is high places), maximum 3 meters
- broom (if a lot of dust / if too much for a normal vacuum cleaner)
Can you already clean today/tomorrow, or is it better to book more in advance?
How does payment work? And at what moment do you pay?
Can I get an invoice?
My finance department cannot pay on-demand Tikkie payments, can we pay an invoice by bank?
Why do you charge travel time?
My location is very close to the previous/next location, can we talk about the travel fee?
Where is your office? Can I visit it to talk about this?
Sorry, our office is just a callcenter, and you cannot physically visit us. However we can perfectly serve you by electronic communications, and to physically meet us does not add any value to you. We advice you, schedule everything for you, and are always available to you. Specific instructions on location can directly be given by you to the cleaner itself which we send. Just try the first cleaning, we are an efficient team and you will enjoy it.
Is there a cost for splitting the bill?
Why is the cleaning equipment so much more expensive than the cleaning supplies?
Is there a cost for picking up the key, or dropping off the key?
Yes, you would have to pay one more time our travel fee for every pick-up and/or drop-off of the key.
Why is once much more expensive than (bi-)weekly?
With one-time cleanings you pay more (35 EUR/hour + 17.50 EUR travel time), because its more finding & planning & administrative work for relatively less cleaning hours (compared to weekly with many cleaning hours in a year).
Are the prices incl. or excl. VAT?
For individuals the prices are incl. 9% VAT
For businesses the prices are excl. 21% VAT. However we can invoice you with 0% VAT (reverse charge) if you give us your VAT number.
How can I reach you?
When can I reach you?
Our planning team is available 7 days per week, from 9:00 in the morning to 22:00 in the evening.
How can I give feedback if the cleaning is not done well?
You can send remarks and photos via WhatsApp after or during the cleaning, and our customer service reads this live and takes direct action. In case something is not right, then its wise to inform us as soon as possible, so we can still come back to correct it.
What kind of cleaners do you bring?
Most of our cleaners are between 21-40, female, from Eastern Europe, filtered on pleasant personalities with hardworking mentality. They are either already working for us for a long time, or they are trained by our more senior cleaners.
What languages can the planners & cleaners speak?
All planners & cleaners speak English. Sorry, we are an international team, and we don’t speak Dutch.
How much experience do the cleaners have?
Our cleaners are already working for us for a long time, or they are trained by our more senior cleaners.
When & what should I explain to the cleaner? And should I tell the planners as well? Or just the cleaner?
It will be very helpful if you can explain to our planner/cleaner what exactly you would like us to clean, and when our cleaner can take the cleaning supplies & equipment (if you don’t need to book our).
Do I always get the same cleaner?
Yes, we can send you the same cleaner every time. We can plan it like that.
Can you give me cleaner's contact number or send her photo?
