We can serve both small and large clients, from an AirBnB holiday rental apartment that is only used for 30 nights per year, or a B&B in your own home, to large hotels. We use fixed prices per type of accommodation, and can drive your laundry around for an additional charge, or you can rent hotel quality bed linen and towels from us per changeover of your guests. How long does a cleaning take for each accommodation type?

If your house is not too dirty, then it takes on average:

2 hours for a studio;
2.5 hours for a one-bedroom house;
3 hours for a two-bedroom house;
3.5 hours for a 3-bedroom house etc.

Obviously the more time you book, the cleaner it will be. It depends on how clean you want it to be. If you reserve little time then our cleaners will prioritise to the most important dirt. If you reserve more time then our cleaners will surely not stop working, and they will keep finding dirt until the time is done.

What if its really dirty, like when guests had a party?

We can clean it, but it may take more than one cleaner.

Do your cleanings include a seasonal cleaning? What if I want a big seasonal cleaning? Do you plan it?

Yes, we can do that, but you have to book it in advance.

Do I always get the same cleaner? If the cleaner changes, how do you remember?

You always have the same cleaner. If we change the cleaner we will inform you in advance.

How do you check the cleanings?

We don’t check, but if you aren’t satisfied with the cleaning you can write us immediately and we’ll try to solve it.

Do you have a vacuum for couches?

Unfortunately, we don’t.

How can I give feedback if the cleaning is not done well?

You can write us on WhatsApp.

Are the prices incl. or excl. VAT?

For individuals the prices are incl. 9% VAT For businesses the prices are excl. 21% VAT. However we can invoice you with 0% VAT (reverse charge) if you give us your VAT number.
